Wooden rolling pin with measuring rings This innovative rolling pin takes the guesswork out of preparing dough and pastry with four sets of rolling pin rings that raise the rolling surface by different amounts, to create exactly the required pastry thickness. The Adjustable Rolling Pin is perfect for making even biscuit dough, pizza bases and pastry for pies and cakes. The four sets of measuring rings are colour coded for easy selection and removable so you can wash them (can be used in the dishwasher). You can choose from either 2 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm or 10 mm (1/16, 1/6, 1/4 and 3/8 inches) for your dough thickness. The rolling pin also has a measuring guide to help measure the width of your pastry.
